Join us for a transformative workshop designed to reconnect you with the archetypal energies that shape your life and empower your personal growth. This deeply healing event will combine two powerful modalities—Systemic Constellations based on Jungian psychology and Sound Healing—giving you the opportunity to explore and release inner blockages, heal ancestral wounds, and integrate these experiences on a profound level.
Part One: Systemic Constellations - Guided by Sylwia Bartosz
Facilitated by Sylwia Bartosz, a trained Family Constellations practitioner and TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) teacher, this section is based on the work of Bert Hellinger, yet uniquely adapted to explore Jungian archetypes. Sylwia is also a graduate of Jungian Studies, and with a background in biology, she has spent years working with both the body and energy fields. In her practice, she skillfully combines Systemic Constellations, Jungian psychology, and trauma release techniques to create a safe and cathartic space for deep healing.
The first part of the workshop is designed to touch the core of your being. You will experience Family Constellations, but instead of focusing solely on family dynamics, we will dive into the powerful archetypes present in each of us—archetypes such as The Lover, The Witch, The Crone, The Maiden, and their masculine counterparts, The Magician, The Warrior, The King, and The Lover. These archetypes represent essential parts of our psyche, and through the constellations, we will bring them to life, allowing you to witness how they influence your thoughts, actions, and relationships.
Through this cathartic process, you will:
-
Gain insight into how these archetypes manifest in your life.
-
Understand the underlying dynamics that drive your behaviors and patterns.
-
Heal ancestral wounds and release limiting beliefs connected to your lineage.
-
Reconnect with the strength, wisdom, and potential of these archetypal energies.
Part Two: Elemental Sound & Voice Healing - Guided by Marta Łyszkiewicz
In the second part of the workshop, Marta Łyszkiewicz, an experienced sound healer, will guide us through a session of Sound and Voice Healing. Marta specializes in using the healing power of sound to unlock and integrate the emotional and energetic shifts initiated during the constellation work.
In this phase, we will connect deeply with the four elements—Earth, Water, Fire, and Air—each associated with specific archetypes and energetic qualities
-
Earth represents stability, wisdom, and grounding. It is embodied in the archetypes of The Crone and The King, who provide stability, guidance, and maturity.
-
Water symbolizes emotions, intuition, and sensuality. It is present in The Lover (both feminine and masculine) archetypes, who thrive on passion, emotional depth, and connection.
-
Fire is the element of transformation, energy, and courage. It corresponds with The Maiden and The Warrior, who are in the early stages of their journey, full of vitality and determination to explore new territories.
-
Air is associated with intellect, communication, and spiritual insight. This element is linked to The Witch and The Magician, who navigate the unseen realms of intuition, magic, and hidden wisdom.
Using a combination of sound bowls, gongs, and voice, Marta will guide you through a healing journey where you will:
-
Release any residual tension or blockages from the first part of the workshop.
-
Integrate the newly awakened energies of the archetypes.
-
Restore balance to your body and mind through the vibrations of sound.
-
Deepen your connection with the elemental forces and their influence on your personal journey.

Four Elements & Archetypes
Each of the four feminine and masculine archetypes can be associated with one of the four elements: Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Each element represents different aspects of our nature and can be related to the character of the given archetype.
-
Lover – Water
-
Description: The Lover is an archetype tied to emotions, feelings, love, and sexuality, which aligns perfectly with the element of water. Water represents fluidity, changeability, intuition, and emotional depth. Like water, the Lover moves between various emotions, reacting fluidly to the world around her.
-
Masculine counterpart: The Lover (masculine) is also associated with water, as his energy focuses on sensuality, emotions, and connection with others.
-
-
Witch – Air
-
Description: The Witch symbolizes magic, intuition, and hidden knowledge, best represented by air. Air is the element of thoughts, intellect, spiritual wisdom, and communication with higher realms. The Witch connects to this ethereal energy, using intuition and spiritual powers, just as air moves invisibly but affects everything.
-
Masculine counterpart: The Magician is also associated with air, as he is an archetype that controls hidden knowledge and can transform reality through intellect and skills.
-
-
Crone – Earth
-
Description: The Crone is connected to the element of earth because she represents wisdom, stability, maturity, and a connection to the cycle of life and death. Earth symbolizes endurance, foundation, safety, and practical knowledge. The Crone, like the earth, is solid, wise, deeply rooted in reality, offering calm and guidance.
-
Masculine counterpart: The King reflects earth as well, as he embodies stability, authority, and responsibility. Like the Crone, the King provides order, security, and care for his "kingdom."
-
-
Maiden – Fire
-
Description: The Maiden is the energy of youth, freshness, new beginnings, and the fullness of life, which is connected to the element of fire. Fire symbolizes energy, enthusiasm, courage, and transformation. The Maiden, like fire, is ignited by the desire to explore the world, full of passion and readiness for new experiences.
-
Masculine counterpart: The Warrior is also an archetype of fire. His strength, determination, courage, and energy to act represent the intensity of fire, which drives him to fight and achieve his goals.
-
-
Queen – Earth / Water
-
Description: The Queen can be associated with two elements: earth and water. On one hand, she is stable, organized, and nurturing, like the earth that provides support and shelter. On the other hand, she is full of empathy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build deep relationships, linking her to the element of water.
-
Masculine counterpart: The King, like the Queen, draws from the energy of the earth, reflecting his role as a stable and mature leader.
